Failure isn’t fun, but ...pretending everything’s fine while juggling shrinking civic spaces, limited funding, and the pressure to stay impactful is even harder. 😅
That’s why we hosted #FailFaire, a safespace away from the pressures of fundraising pitches and competition, with 36 Executive Directors and senior managers from leading CSOs who came together to have real conversations, share honest lessons, build real connections, and remind ourselves that failure isn’t a dead end but a stepping stone.
We wrapped up with an open dialogue with members of the diplomatic community, exploring tangible ways to strengthen civil society and its role in democracy. 💡🤝
